INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Good Trouble Bourbon
- 1/2 oz pure maple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash of smoked bitters
- Club soda
- Smoked sea salt (for rimming)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Rim a highball glass with smoked sea salt.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine Good Trouble Bourbon, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and smoked bitters.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared highball glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
