1 oz Good Trouble Bourbon
1/2 oz. VSOP Cognac
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Sugar
5 Large Leaves of Freshly Muddled Mint
GARNISH
Lime Wedge w/ Large Mint Sprig

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Add lime, sugar syrup and mint to mixing tin, muddle thoroughly, add Cognac, add Good Trouble Bourbon, add large ice, shake vigorously, double strain over fresh ice, garnish and serve.
