INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Good Trouble Bourbon
1 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 1/2 oz. Moscato D'Asti (Sparkling Wine)
Freshly Muddled Tarragon
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Fill glassware with large ice, add all ingredients except Moscato to mixing tin and muddle tarragon, double strain contents over ice in glass, slowly pour Moscato D’asti taking care not to foam over, use bar spoon to pull (mix) ingredients together, garnish and serve.
